XegmentDelta WORKS Agreement

This agreement covers any scripts, templates, designs, web codes, tutorials, how-to's, coding, software, skins, images, articles, text, works or any derivation of works of XegmentDelta, owner, moderators, providers of content, or anybody who uses this agreement only if a notice is displayed informing others the WORKS available are covered under this agreement. These works or a individual work will be referred to as "WORKS" or "WORK".

I am making this agreement, to protect these WORKS, and to allow a generous amount of freedom when using or modifying these WORKS.

If you use any of these WORKS, you are agreeing to the terms set forth below.

You are not allowed to use any of these WORKS in whole or in part if it is associated with one or more of the following:

With that in mind, furthermore you use any WORK or WORKS herein, you agree to not hold XegmentDelta or any person affiliated with XegmentDelta responsible for any damages that may occur to persons or property in any manner or matter, that is related to these WORKS or this WORK.

These WORKS are provided without warranty, guarantee or verification of appropriateness for any given procedure, project, website, or use in any way.

Freedoms:

You are allowed the following freedoms as long as they do not conflict with the above agreements:

• You are allowed to download, use, modify and store copies of WORKS unless specified otherwise within, or near the WORKS original location, or within the WORKS you have posession of.

• If you modify a WORK, you are allowed to add your credit to the prior credits, without editing the previous credit information. If you have removed a previously added feature, or enhanced a feature, note this within the area of your credit tag.

• If you add your credit tag, be sure to not inhibit the visual site of the other credit tag, or degrade previous contributers.

• You are allowed to distribute WORKS (without profit except as outlined above) but must maintain a visual link, or text pointing to a current, updated location of this agreement. All persons who use the WORKS, must agree to this agreement.
